By accessing or using "I Bid You Peace" streaming service, operated by Cosmic Teapot Inc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

"I Bid You Peace" provides streaming access to a docuseries about Jeff Smith (The Frugal Gourmet). The service includes:

5 docuseries episodes

Unlimited streaming access

Cross-device viewing

Progress tracking

3. Account Registration and Access

To access the docuseries, you must:

Purchase access through our secure payment processor
Provide a valid email address
Use authentication codes sent to your email
Maintain the confidentiality of your account access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You may not share your account access with others.

4. Purchase and Payment

Access to the docuseries requires a one-time payment. Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service.

5. Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Window

Refunds are available up to 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that you have not started to stream, download or otherwise acquire the purchased product.

We appreciate your understanding that once digital content has been delivered, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Please contact support@ibidyoupeace.com with refund requests.

6. License and Restrictions

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to stream the docuseries. You may not:

Copy, download, or distribute the content
Share your account credentials with others
Use the service for commercial purposes
Attempt to circumvent security measures
Use automated systems to access the service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cosmic Teapot Inc or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the rights of others
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
